Clover Club (QC)

Predating prohibition named after the Philadelphia men’s club and contributing to cocktail history this classic drink mixed with Gin, lemon juice and raspberry syrup with optional egg white which will create a luscious foamy head is finished to perfection with fresh raspberry garnish.

Long Island Iced Tea (QC)

The pack a punch boozy cocktail of Gin, Vodka, Rum, and Triple Sec is notorious for getting people drunk, is mixed with a sweet and sour mix and a splash of cola to taste. No tea in sight but as refreshing as a tall glass of iced tea.

Rose and Strawberry Bramble (QC)

Originally named and inspired after the blackberry bush that the creator of the bramble used to pick as a child, this twist made with a delicious rose petal strawberry syrup instead of blackberries will awaken your senses and freshen your palate. The blend of botanicals that Henstone distillery packed in along with lemon juice will keep you wanting more.

To hit all the right notes, the White lady is a winner, balanced Gin botanicals with the sweet orange liqueur and tart citrus lemon juice, the egg white smooths the edges and gives it the silky body!!

Limoncello Gin Fizz (QC)

A treat for the senses, the blend of Gin, Limoncello, lime juice, simple syrup and thyme sprigs topped with sparkling water are a beautiful Gin o’clock tipple.

Winter Spiced Pear (QC)

The light but warming spices of the star anise and cinnamon syrup do make it the perfect Winter cocktail, yet the freshness of lemon and pear bridge the gap of seasons and allow the silky texture of egg white and Gin to satisfy any special moment.

Citrusy Drop (QC)

For a real zesty hit, yet perfectly balanced Limoncello, Vodka and refreshing blend of lime cordial and lemon juice is finished with a Sicilian lemonade top and lime twist garnish to live up to its name.

Pina Colada (FC)

A popular classic, named the official drink of Puerto Rico in 1978, the combination of White Rum, pineapple juice, fresh and cream of coconut - this will always be a favourite with its pineapple and cherry garnish and being caught in the rain!
